RedWave (Aberdeen) Ltd and Omega Subsea UK Ltd have joined forces to offer a comprehensive service to its clients providing competent and highly experienced personnel. The focus of the alliance is creating a ‘Preferred Partner’ relationship to serve the energy industry within the drilling and subsea and subsurface engineering, decommissioning, and offshore/onshore renewables markets.
Diversification of oil and gas experience and talents to transferable sectors including construction & maintenance as well as heavy industry such as rail and civil engineering will also be a focus for the alliance.

The alliance between RedWave and Omega Subsea UK offers "complete project management services" providing total project management and project support services in-house or at client’s premises. Principally the alliance offers project teams for small and mid-sized projects for both E&P and contracting companies.
Services such as: project management/nomination and set up of management teams, commercial and contractual support, identification and nomination project support services and HSEQ support. The alliance will complement its management services to include manpower planning and placement of resources to support projects.
