HitecVision has made changes to the NEO management team and board this week, resulting in two leaner teams.
Paul Harris, chief executive officer, and Martin Rowe, chief technical officer, have stepped down from their executive positions.
They will both continue to support the business until the end of the year to assist with an orderly transition of their responsibilities.
Paul will then retire and Martin will depart the business.
Andy McIntosh has been appointed as chief executive officer and Craig McKenzie has been appointed as chief operating officer.
Andy and Craig are both internal appointments having previously worked as general counsel and director of business services, and head of operations respectively.
The executive team now comprises Andy, Craig, Robert Gair (CFO) and Cat Manzi (director of taxation, external affairs and communications).
Martin Bachmann (chairman), David Gair (director) and Fiona Hill (director) have each stepped down from their board positions.
John Knight has been appointed as executive chair of the board alongside his fellow directors Einar Gjelsvik, Tim Dodson and Grethe Moen.
Kristin Gjertsen also joins the NEO board as a director.
It should be noted that the same board of directors has been implemented at Sval Energi, our sister company focused on Norway which is also 100% owned by HitecVision, to allow for greater efficiency across the two entities.
The new executive team is very familiar with NEO’s business and operations and has a strong working relationship with the board and shareholders so it is very much business as usual.
HitecVision and the NEO board would like to thank all of the departing board and executive team members for their significant contributions to NEO’s growth.
