Munro's Travel is  embarking on a new chapter in its 123-year history, as it relocates from its Union Street offices in Aberdeen to new office space at Neo House on Riverside Drive this week.

The move reflects Munro's commitment to providing the best possible working environment for its team while embracing the evolving nature of modern business travel management.

The decision to relocate has been driven by the company's continued investment in technology, which has enabled more of its team to work remotely. Neo House offers a more appropriately sized and modern space, ensuring that the in-office environment is tailored to meet the needs of a contemporary workforce.

The new office space at Neo House offers staff a premium workspace experience, where they will benefit from access to the Sky Lounge, with views of the River Dee and self-serve barista-style coffees and teas as well as in the Barista which also provides a relaxed and inviting space for informal meetings and collaboration. As part of Munro's ongoing championing of enhancing their employee experience, the team will also have access to neogym and onsite parking - enhancing convenience and promoting well-being.

Munro's departure from Union Street is part of a broader regeneration of Aberdeen's city centre. The company's former premises will be converted into student accommodation, contributing to the city's transformation into a more vibrant, mixed-use environment. As Aberdeen's centre evolves, Munro's Travel welcomes the opportunity to support this revitalisation, bringing new life to the area while transitioning to a space that aligns with its future needs.

Murray Burnett, managing director of Munro's Travel, said: "This move is about ensuring our team has the right environment to thrive. Technology has given us the flexibility to work in new ways, and Neo House provides a modern, high-quality office space that reflects our future-focused approach. At the same time, we're pleased that our former home on Union Street will contribute to the regeneration of Aberdeen's city centre. The city is evolving, and we're proud to be part of that positive change."
