With the recent lockdown announcement in England and tiered system in Scotland, community living provider Brio Retirement Living is bringing some joy at a time of uncertainty.

The organisation has announced that it is giving residents moving into its age-exclusive community at Landale Court, Aberdeenshire, before the end of January 2021 one month’s rent free. It is also offering a range of homes at a reduced price for a limited time and is encouraging potentials buyers to act quickly to avoid missing out.

In England, it will be reducing rental charges for anyone choosing to rent a home with them, or reducing the service charge for purchasers of homes at Beechwood Park, Stow-on-the-Wold, until April 2021.

A spokeswoman for the company said: “With the colder months and shorter days upon us, we want to make sure people feel part of a community. Our developments are built with residents in mind with lots of fantastic features to enjoy such as a bar and brasserie, hobbies room, woodland trails and more. And they get the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.”
