A majority of Scottish people say Sir Keir Starmer's Labour government does not understand issues facing Scotland, according to a new poll.
New data from YouGov finds that just 4% of Scots surveyed think Sir Keir understands issues facing Scotland "a great deal".
Meanwhile, 38% answered with "not very much", while 23% said the government doesn't understand Scotland's issues at all.
Just less than a third (30%) of Scots said Scotland felt better off under Starmer's government than the previous, however 35% said they feel no difference at all. A fifth (20%) said they felt no difference at all, while 15% said they felt worse off.
YouGov polled 1,142 Scottish people aged 16 or over between August 8 and August 13.
It indicates that Labour will find it more challenging to win the keys to Bute House than they did Downing Street, despite data from the weekend suggesting Anas Sarwar could head up a minority government come 2026.
The Norstat poll for The Sunday Times found a Labour, Liberal Democrat and Conservative coalition to be the most likely outcome, despite the SNP finishing with one more seat than Labour (41 vs 40).
