Morgan's passion for the hospitality industry has been evident from a young age, and her career formally began with the Hospitality Apprenticeship North-East program in 2021.
After completing her apprenticeship, she advanced to an assistant manager role, where she honed not only her leadership and management abilities but also her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Morgan's transition to Leonardo Hotels marks a significant step forward in her career, as she eagerly embraces the opportunity and has already become such a valued member of the team in her short time with Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen.
Her dedication to providing a memorable guest experience is matched by her enthusiasm for learning and growth; she is currently pursuing a Level 7 SVQ in management.
With a strong foundation in hospitality, a genuine passion for the industry, and a drive to exceed customer expectations, Morgan is well-positioned for continued success in her new role, and the team are so happy to have her on board.
