Well intervention and rig intake trends are the topics to be explored in the next two technical masterclass sessions being run by rig intake and inspection specialist ModuSpec.

ModuSpec launched its free of charge technical masterclass series in November and has already shared insights on rig compliance and dropped objects management. The series is hosted at the ModuSpec and Well Academy training facility in Westhill, where a range of International Well Control Forum (IWCF) accredited courses are delivered.

The next masterclass, Introduction to Well Intervention Equipment, takes place on Wednesday, March 12 from 12-1.30pm. Delivered by trainer Ally Blair, the session will focus on the different types of rigless equipment and well applications typically used during well intervention activities, as well as prevailing industry standards.

Trends identified by the ModuSpec technical team during recent rig intake projects will be discussed during the subsequent masterclass, Rig Intake Trends. Taking place on Wednesday, April 23 from 12-1.30pm, subject matter expert Barry Holland will talk through real-life case studies.

Lunch will be provided for all delegates.
