Aberdeen-based creative marketing agency Mearns & Gill today, Tuesday, October 22, announced the appointment of Fraser McGillivray as its new business development manager.

Fraser brings a wealth of experience in customer service and management, with a background spanning residential property and customer experience sectors.

Before joining Mearns & Gill, Fraser served as development manager at James Gibb Residential Factors, where he played a key role in client management and service delivery. He also previously held the position of head of customer service and experience at Kirkwood Homes, where he led initiatives to improve customer interactions and satisfaction for nearly two years. Prior to that, Fraser spent four years at Stewart Milne Homes as a customer services manager, overseeing customer relations and service operations.

In his new role at Mearns & Gill, Fraser will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering client relationships. His extensive experience in customer-focused roles will support the agency’s strategic growth and ensure that clients receive tailored and high-quality services.
