Wizz Air has launched an 'all you can fly' subscription, offering customers unlimited flights for just 499 euro (£228).
The budget airline announced that subscribers will be able to travel to destinations in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia for a flat fee of 9.99 euro, if booking three days before departure.
The price for the yearly pass will rise to 599 euro after August 16.
Wizz Air said it is selling 10,000 of the subscriptions, distributed across the airports it operates from.
The scheme is similar to those being offered by airlines in the US, but unlimited deals of this kind is a new concept.
However, Wizz Air has faced tense criticism for its customer service and was recently named the worst airline for flight delays in the UK for a third year in a row.
FTSE 100
The UK's flagship share index, the FTSE 100, was up 69-points at 8,347 shortly after opening this morning.
