The chief executive of Bet365 is believed to have received more than £150million from the gambling firm despite taking a 45% pay cut last year.
Denise Coates has maintained her status as one of Britain's wealthiest executives and the highest paid director at the Stoke-on-Trent business.
Newly filed accounts suggests the total pay for the joint chief executive was £158.7million for the year to the end of last March, a decrease from £270.7million the previous year.
However, the latest payment has taken her combined salary from Bet365 to almost £1.7billion over the past seven years.
She was also entitled to a share of a £110million dividend — up from £100 million the year before —which was understood to be about £64million, based on a shareholding of 58%.
