Located on the site of the former Treetops Hotel on Springfield Road, the development has launched with a number of high-specification three, four and five-bedroom homes. A later stage of the development will include luxury apartments with lift access.
Homes at the development are available from £320,000 with the three-bedroom Thom house style which offers plots with and without a garage.
There are three different four-bedroom house styles to choose from which are available from £465,000 with features including walk-in wardrobes, multiple en-suite bedrooms, home office and more.
The largest home at the development is the five-bedroom Glover which includes a double garage and an impressive 241 sqm floor area.
Malcolm Allan’s new Treetops show home is due for completion in spring this year. Until then, all sales enquiries for the development are being managed by sales adviser Pamela Wilson from the Woodlands development located in Milltimber.
