It has been a transformative year for AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings, the new owner of Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks.

Davidson House is surrounded by landscaped greenery with easy access to the city centre and offers a range of bright, customisable office suites. Sizes vary from 726 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, making them suitable for businesses of all types and sizes.
Situated directly opposite the Grub Café, the Enterprise Centre provides a range of contemporary office suites from 430 sq ft on highly flexible terms.
