Aberdeen based recruitment firm Eden Scott are celebrating two key members of its team reaching five years with the business this month.
Lucy Nicoll, divisional manager of accountancy & finance and Laura Steel, senior consultant in the procurement & supply chain sector have progressed through the ranks with the business and exemplify the standard of employee Eden Scott look to retain.
Lucy Nicoll had this to say: “My last five years with Eden Scott have been excellent. They have given me the grounding to learn and develop, grow successful teams and make meaningful contributions to the company as it grows. I absolutely love what I do and look forward to many more years here at Eden Scott.”
Laura Steel reflected on her career so far: “Having joined Eden Scott straight from university, I have grown a lot during my time at the company – both professionally and personally. Eden Scott has presented me with numerous opportunities and allowed me to grow my career within recruitment - working my way from a resourcer to senior consultant. There have been many challenges throughout this time, but I love what I do and look forward to the years to come.”
