The annual Hotel Stars Awards were recently held at the Intercontinental Hotel Park Lane, London.
At this annual event, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recognised hotels and people for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and the local community in which they operate. The winners are the best performing IHG hotels and individuals across Europe.
At the awards ceremony at Intercontinental Park Lane located in London, Holiday Inn Aberdeen West, was awarded the Heartbeat Torchbearer Award. The HeartBeat Torchbearer Award recognises, from over 650 within the IHG Family of brands within Europe the hotels that have achieved the highest levels of excellence through outstanding service and are in the top 3% in their Brand. The guests at these hotels have responded with extremely high guest satisfaction scores.
Marc Jones, General Manager, of Holiday Inn Aberdeen West – Westhill visited London, to accept the award and said “This award recognises all the hard work and team effort we’ve put in this year.
