Liz Truss has announced she will launch her own "uncensorable" and "uncancellable" social media platform this summer.
The former prime minister outlined plans in February to create a "free speech media network" at the Conservative Political Action Conference (Cpac) in Washington, where she claimed that Britain was living "in the Dark Ages."
Ms Truss has pledged the platform would be "uncancellable" in the hope of reversing what she described as "the West's war against itself."
Speaking at a bitcoin conference in Bedford on Friday, she told the audience to expect more news "fairly soon" as she teased her media platform would arrive this summer.
Ms Truss is yet to reveal more details about her startup but has previously attacked Britain's "supine legacy media that pay lip service to free speech," which she claimed have "suppressed stories and distorted stories."
She told the conference that Britain wanted “a Trump revolution”.
