A leading North-east property firm welcomed a steady stream of visitors during a special information weekend which took place at its flagship Keith development recently.
Huntly-based Deveron Homes held the busy weekend to highlight opportunities presented by the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme which is currently available. It applies to new-build properties with a maximum value of £230,000 and which are ready to be occupied before the end of March next year when the criteria will change.
The event took place at the company’s stylish new showhome at the 54-house Strathisla Park development in the Moray town. The project features two, three and four bedroom properties with a number of property reservations made during the weekend-long event.
