Leading Aberdeenshire property unveils Fife showhome

Aberdeenshire-based Deveron Homes is gearing up to unveil the show home at its brand new, multimillion pound residential construction project in Fife with a busy open weekend starting on September 16.

The company’s Lansdale Rise development is situated in an elevated position above the town of Burntisland, to the west of Grange Road, just off the A921 Aberdour to Kirkcaldy road. It will feature 37 stylish two, three and four-bedroom energy-efficient homes ranging in price from £110,000 to £305,950. Phase one will offer a selection of three bedroom cottages and bungalows, together with a selection of three and four bedroom detached villas.

Commenting on the launch event, Deveron Homes’ sales director Lynne Holburn said: “This is a significant project which takes Deveron Homes from its Aberdeenshire roots into new geographic territory and underlines our commitment to expanding our geographical presence at key locations.

“We are delighted that our first development in Fife has attracted levels of interest which already exceed expectations and we look forward to sharing this exciting project with visitors during our forthcoming show home launch event.

The Lansdale Rise show home launch will take place on Friday, September 16 from 12noon. Thereafter, the show home will be open Thursday to Monday from 11am until 5pm.
