The Langstane Housing Support Service is proud to announce its partnership with the Mamacita Foundation, a local charity, to deliver a generous donation of essential baby items for service users in need.
The donation includes:
- Baby clothes in various sizes;
- A complete travel system featuring a carrycot, pushchair, and car seat;
- Two “next to me” beds;
- A pink stroller buggy;
- A double buggy; and
- A selection of baby and children’s toys and teddies.
Benedict Nwodo, a volunteer at the Mamacita Foundation, expressed their gratitude, stating: "We are delighted to mark this significant moment as we receive generous donations from Langstane Housing Support Service to support our community. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for this incredible support. Thank you immensely for blessing our day. Remember, nobody should ever feel alone."
The Mamacita Foundation is focused on empowering migrants, asylum seekers, BAME groups, and underprivileged communities in Aberdeen and across Scotland. Through an array of impactful programs and outreach initiatives, the foundation ensures holistic support for individuals from the moment they arrive, offering essential services such as housing assistance and guidance on connecting with local services.
