Laings has completed a four year project to renovate bathrooms throughout the prestigious Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Craigendarroch’s luxury timeshare accommodation in Ballater, Royal Deeside.
The contracts division of the luxury kitchen, bathroom and bedroom retailer supplied and installed the 194 bathrooms in four phases to minimise disruption to normal operations at the popular resort.
Most of the work was undertaken during planned maintenance weeks and each phase was completed on budget and ahead of schedule – even the final phase works which were ongoing when the North-east was hit by major flooding earlier this year.
