Knight Frank expands Scottish team with Aberdeen appointment

Knight Frank has appointed Aberdeen-based Fiona Alsop to complete its regional property asset management network.

The experienced management surveyor is a key recruit for the firm and will have responsibility for the north-east region.

“Fiona brings a depth and breadth of experience to her role and will be an asset to our client offer. Fiona will work closely with our market leading agency, capital market, and building consultancy teams.”

A graduate of Robert Gordon University and the University of Aberdeen, the new addition to the Knight Frank team has been working in commercial property for more than 17 years in both the private and public sector.

The appointment adds property management to the Aberdeen offering, which includes an agency team complemented by building consultancy, valuation and planning specialists.

Knight Frank manages more than £9billion worth of property across the UK from its offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

The firm recently appointed Michael Lewis as a partner in its property asset management team, based at the global headquarters in London. Michael, who joined from CBRE, has experience extending across central London and the UK on a wide range of commercial property including office, retail, industrial, distribution and specialist sectors.
