Aberdeen Performing Arts has strengthened its team with the addition of two key appointments.
Adelle Downie has joined Aberdeen Performing Arts as executive assistant, while Holly Da Silva is the organisation’s new people coordinator.
Adelle brings with her over 20 years of experience in various administrative roles across several esteemed organisations, including Nexen Petroleum, Robert Gordon University, NHS 24, and more.
Her extensive background, coupled with her proactive and analytical approach, makes her an invaluable addition to the team.
Adelle’s strengths lie in attention to detail and analysis, and she will use this focus to help maximise efficiency and achieve organisational goals in her new role.
Holly Da Silva worked at McDonalds as a manager while studying through college and university.
After graduating in 2018 with a BA Hons in Management, Holly quickly began her career as a consultancy coordinator where she specialised in supplying consultants in drilling operations and well engineering for oil and gas operators globally.
In 2022 Holly moved into a more generalised HR administrator position.
