Aberdeen-headquartered firm Kinetics Controls & Innovation Ltd (KCI) is delighted to celebrate one year of employee ownership.
Kevin Watt, managing director was delighted to treat employees to lunch in recognition of their hard work over the year.
Kevin says: "I'm grateful to the team here at KCI for their hard work and dedication over the past year of life as an employee-owned business.
"I'm also grateful to KCI's customers and suppliers for their support as we navigated the change to our new ownership model.
