The team at JWA Hire in Dyce, Aberdeen has been growing over recent months, as the Water Weight Load Test Bag and Subsea Liftbag and Buoyancy Hire and Service company has seen its business continuing to develop.

Opening in March 2020, JWA Hire only had twenty days of operation before the first CV19 shutdown put industry on the back foot. Having worked through that initial setback, the business has seen continuous month on month sustainable growth in both its local “off the shelf” supply as well as shipping out solutions globally to meet the requirement of its client base.

To support this growth and to help maintain the teams well-earned reputation for customer service and support, JWA Hire General Manager Paula McAllister embarked on a recruitment drive to ensure that the business could meet its customer’s needs.

First up, JWA Hire Workshop Manager Michael Milne (pictured left) recruited Max McAllister as the new Workshop Technician (pictured middle). Michael has spent his working life in and around the load test and buoyancy bags sector, so Max is benefiting from expert guidance and instruction as him and Michael ensure all JWA goods leave the workshop fully compliant, safe, clean and ready to go.

In the office, Paula has recruited Chloe Hanley (pictured right) as the Administration Assistant to the business. Chloe is focused on ensuring that all the relevant documentation, service and support for the companies’ vast range of load test and liftbags operations is accurate. Paula has been a leading global load test professional for many years and is passing on her experience and high standards to Chloe.
