Carole explains, “I am a commercial lawyer with expertise in Health & Safety and Environmental and a specialism in corporate defence, compliance and regulatory work.”

“I live in Aberdeen and see first-hand the problems faced by the oil industry. They were under immense pressure to cut costs, but couldn’t risk having an in-house legal adviser who wasn’t fully qualifed, and it’s the same in many other sectors,” she explained.
“I had seen the trend for an outsource service work well in Australia and the United States and saw this could be the perfect opportunity to introduce it here, not just to the oil industry but across all markets.”
