A total of nine new apprentices have joined Richard Irvin Energy Solutions over the last two weeks, demonstrating the company’s commitment to investing in its future workforce.
This year’s intake has resulted in the recruitment of 11 apprentices, across various disciplines, and is part of this year’s Press and Journals Apprentice 100 campaign, which looks to to create 100 apprenticeships in 100 days.

It’s by no means a one-way street, as our comprehensive programme gives our Apprentices valuable work experience, allowing them to develop their skills, knowledge and experience whilst developing their understanding of the business.’
Richard Irvin Energy Solutions is one of Scotland’s largest private engineering companies.
