As Scottish Apprenticeships Week kicks off from 03 - 07 March, Interwell is proud to highlight its ongoing commitment to nurturing young talent through its robust apprenticeship programs.

This week serves as a perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our current Graduate Apprentice and to announce exciting new opportunities for aspiring engineers.

Interwell's current Graduate Apprentice, Logan, is in his third year at Robert Gordon University (RGU), pursuing a BEng (Honours) in Engineering: Design and Manufacturing. Logan's journey with Interwell has been nothing short of remarkable. Over the past three years, he has not only excelled academically but also gained invaluable hands-on experience. Logan has had the opportunity to present at conferences, engage directly with customers, and acquire practical skills through workshop and operational experiences. These experiences have equipped him with a well-rounded skill set that will undoubtedly benefit his future career.

Logan's success story is a testament to the effectiveness of our apprenticeship program. By the time he completes his four-year degree, Logan will have amassed four years of real workplace experience, setting him apart from his peers and providing him with a solid foundation for his professional journey.

Logan shared: "The apprenticeship program at Interwell has given me the perfect blend of academic learning and practical experience. I feel well-prepared for my future career and am grateful for the opportunities I've had to grow and develop." He added: "Completing my degree while gaining industry experience has been an exceptional journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking an alternative to the traditional university route."

In addition to celebrating Logan's achievements, Interwell is excited to announce a new vacancy for a Graduate Apprentice - Technical Support Engineer. This position is part of the same esteemed program at RGU, offering another aspiring engineer the chance to follow in Logan's footsteps. Interwell's investment in apprenticeships underscores our commitment to developing the next generation of engineers. Interwell believes that by providing young talent with the right opportunities and support, we can help shape the future of the industry. As it celebrates Scottish Apprenticeships Week, it looks forward to welcoming new apprentices who will continue to drive innovation and excellence at Interwell.
