All indicators are that Integrity HSE’s recent acquisition of a specialist security provider has been a smart move, with enquiries flooding into the North-east’s award winning HSE and training consultancy.

The catalyst behind the positive reaction was undoubtedly the appointment of Rob Diver as Integrity HSE’s Head of Risk and Resilience. Mr Diver is widely recognised as a leading global security expert who continues to be at the very top of his profession, which is why Integrity HSE is proud that he continues his consulting services with the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) Joint Warfare Centre in Norway.

With Mr Diver onboard, the award-winning consultancy now offers a range of industry leading security-related services ranging from business continuity management (BCM) and emergency response to traditional security offerings including penetration testing, corporate intelligence services, etc. Mr Diver said: “Integrity HSE now brings to market an unrivalled network of senior ex-police and armed forces personnel from the UK (not just Scotland), Canada, the US, and the Middle East”.

Steven Harris, Integrity HSE’s Managing Director said: “Our clients realised the value of Rob very quickly, and even when they haven’t directly retained his services, knowing that we have him and his team in the background ready to deploy brings them huge peace of mind.

"Due to the strength and international depth of his team, we can scale these services internationally, so Rob’s team are especially attractive for multinational clients”.

Last week, Rob and a member of his team delivered an 'Effective Negotiation and Influencing' course to a client in Aberdeen.

Rob chose a co-facilitator with over 37 years policing experience who retired as a Chief Superintendent. This person had also lectured and advised on negotiations to a spectrum of international police, military, and political leaders across the globe.

The delegates scored their student experience 4.8 out of 5, and specifically commented on the value of the experiential scenario-based learning style.
