Integrity HSE’s operations director Darrell Lines has been named as a finalist in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Young Professional category in this year’s Offshore Achievement Awards.

The awards will be held on the evening of Thursday March 13 2025 at the P&J Live in Aberdeen.

Steven Harris, MD of Integrity HSE said: “I have no hesitation in saying that I have never met another person classed as a ‘young professional’ that has made a larger contribution to the offshore industry than Darrell Lines. I am exceptionally proud to call him a friend, business partner and co-owner of our own award-winning HSE and training consultancy.”

This award will consider Darrell’s professional contribution, as well as the significant time and effort he devotes to voluntary activities. An excellent demonstration is that Darrell guest lectures at Robert Gordon University (RGU), where he has taught, coached, and mentored the postgraduate MSc students on their Drilling and Well Engineering course.

In 2024, Darrell was also nominated by his employer in The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, known as ‘The Grammys of Entrepreneurship’, where he beat over 5,000 other entries to win an award that acknowledged his inspiring ability to grow a business.
