Integrity HSE has cemented its reputation as the industry leaders in Aberdeen for those intending to address mental health within their organisations.

The award-winning HSE and training company teamed up with the Institute of Directors (IoD) Aberdeen and Grampian Branch at Maryculter House to deliver ‘The Importance of Workplace Mental Health for Directors’.

Attendees enjoyed a networking lunch, followed by a presentation explaining the legal duties of a director, before the meeting was brought to a close with an introduction to Integrity HSE’s newly launched Mental Health Awareness eLearning.

Integrity HSE Managing Director Steven Harris said:“We have built a great relationship with the local IoD branch, and a lot of our growth and success has been built on the back of the advice and guidance that we have received from them.

"It was our pleasure to host the event, and we enjoyed the responsibility of highlighting and educating the directors on the legal and economic aspects of their job role. Having the title of director is a career milestone, but the professional must be aware of the responsibilities that come with it”.

Integrity HSE work with clients across all sectors supplying award-winning HSE and training support services. In terms of mental health, the organisation has a range of offerings, from risk assessment and strategy to placing psychotherapists in organisations to engage and support a client’s workforce.
