Integrity HSE has made no secret of its purpose to make the working world a safer, healthier and more sustainable place for all; and it has won several accolades in service of that aim.

But what many won’t realise is the difference the Aberdeen-based HSE and training consultancy is making to the next generation of leaders through sports.

Since opening its doors in March 2023, Integrity HSE has gained an impressive following on social media platforms, and that’s not just due to its impressive business activities.

Many followers have engaged to keep abreast of its philanthropic activities, which largely focus on youth sports within the local communities it serves.

Rob Diver, Integrity HSE’s head of risk and resilience, said: “Having the opportunity to play our part in helping teach the next generation about the benefits of socialising and physical exercise, along with giving them a solid grounding in leadership on and off the field is an honour.

"We see ourselves as far more than a business, we are a force for good”.

The organisation sponsors three junior sports teams, and most recently added the under-15s squad of Aberdeen Grammar Rugby to its portfolio.

Integrity HSE also sponsors The Sam Lobban Trophy, an annual charity rugby tournament that is played to highlight suicide awareness, and also sponsors courts at the Aberdeen Squash & Racketball Club.
