Aberdeen’s award-winning HSE and training business Integrity HSE has announced that it is confident of opening seven new locations around Scotland by 2028.

These ambitious plans come on the back of the two-year-old company taking time-out to refocus the organisation from an extremely successful start-up, to an equally impressive scale-up.

Steve Harris, Integrity HSE’s managing director said: “We had a reorg in August that was beneficial, and are now taking that to the next level with a specific focus on creating value for clients. When your purpose is making the working world a safer, healthier and more sustainable place, and not just profit, it means you can lean into a more innovative growth mindset”.

Steven went on to describe what he called a ‘Venn’ strategy, that was developed internally by Integrity HSE. Employing this has resulted in an expansion programme that veers away from traditional metrics towards a ‘Moneyball’ approach that challenges established business thinking to build a competitive advantage that will be reflected in market share.

Steven revealed the expansion programme was part-dependent upon bringing products to market, which included Integrity HSE’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) product and “a game-changer” in the occupational health space. He committed to both offerings being made available to existing clients, and then brought to market, before the end of summer.
