Integrity HSE, a leading provider of mental health services, is delighted to announce the opening of its psychotherapy clinic on Queens Road, central Aberdeen. The expansion marks a significant step in the business’ commitment to providing accessible, discreet, and high-quality mental health care to their client’s workforce.

The clinic is comprised of a team of highly qualified and experienced counsellors who each specialise in practising various therapeutic approaches within a relaxed, supportive and safe space. These include, but not be limited to: Behavioural Therapy; Cognitive Therapy; Psychodynamic Therapy and Humanistic Therapy.

Shabnum Hanif, Director of Clinical Psychology said; “I am thrilled to open our clinic on Queens Road. Our aim is to create a place that nurtures healing, resilience and growth. Our job is to listen and empower the people that we work with to take back control of their journey to mental well-being”.

Integrity HSE are already seeing demand for the clinic with a raft of initial enquiries relating to individual counselling, group therapy, workshops, mental health training and specialised programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Steven Harris, Managing Director, was especially pleased that the office has four discrete parking spaces at the back of the building, and an entrance that cannot be seen from the road. He said, “we understand it is hard for people to take the first step to seek help, so we make it as easy as possible”.
