Integrity HSE has appointed Jillian Thomson as its risk and resilience manager in a strategic move to further enhance its already award-winning offerings.
Jillian will be based primarily at the company’s Aberdeen headquarters at 56 Queens Road, but will have a global remit whilst reporting to Integrity HSE head of risk and resilience, Rob Diver.
Mr Diver said: “We are delighted to welcome Jillian to the Integrity HSE team. She adds seven years of emergency response with Grampian Police (now Police Scotland), 10 years as a Major Emergency Management instructor, is degree educated in coaching, has senior police leadership and management training, and holds L&D 11 Verifier and 9D1 Assessor SQA qualifications. She certainly has the potential to generate huge value for our clients.”
Mr Diver, who is also a police veteran, then explained how Jillian would fit seamlessly within his team. He also reaffirmed that she is already widely accepted as the most effective female leadership coach in the northeast of Scotland, and as such he is eager for her to meet his existing team of leadership SMEs and build upon their existing offering.
A key part of resilience is mental health, and Jillian will be leading the delivery of Integrity HSE’s onshore and offshore Qualsafe accredited mental health first aid training courses. The first monthly course will take place over the 27th and 28th
February in Aberdeen and is open to the public. You can book your place at: Level 3 in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) or contact enquiries@integrityhse.co.uk for dates in March and April.
