Integrity HSE have recently completed an internal reorganisation to prepare them for the next ambitious step in their growth journey. As a result of the process, Darrell Lines has been promoted from Director of Safety & Risk to Operations Director. This strategic play gives Mr Lines responsibility for the organisation’s overall service delivery, and is being made prior to the formation of Integrity HSE’s Aberdeen-based sales function, and the opening of a second office in the central belt of Scotland planned for early in 2025.
Integrity HSE has enjoyed organic growth since opening in March 2023, which allowed the HSE and training organisation to achieve £1.2 million revenue in the 12-months following Mr Lines appointment in May 2023. In August of 2024 the company was named UK Start-Up of the Year, a title won largely on the strength of their service delivery excellence, as well as the company’s wide spread of clients within sectors such as renewable energy, oil and gas, defence & aerospace, utilities, ports, engineering and food production.
