Inoapps moves to new Oracle campus premises

Technology business Inoapps, an award-winning managed service provider and Oracle Platinum Partner, has announced a £700K investment into its global products division, based in Linlithgow.

The company has agreed a five-year lease on a 7500 square foot office within Oracle’s main Linlithgow campus building, moving from its original premises having boosted its numbers from 12 to more than 55 people across the central belt of Scotland over the past three years. It will share the new premises with digital technology trade body Scotland IS and non-profit organisation the Scottish Business Resilience Centre.

The new office will provide Inoapps with an enlarged space with state-of-the-art video conferencing, AV facilities and meeting spaces. It will give a flexible, future-proofed base for the ongoing delivery of Inoapps’ global product development strategy. The additional space means Inoapps can also expand its Digital Skills Academy which provides internal training and development for its own people as well as outreach work with Scottish schools.

Headquartered in Aberdeen, the company also has UK premises in London and Derby as well as international offices in the US, Malaysia and Singapore.

Phil Burgess, managing director of Inoapps UK, said: “The move into the Oracle campus is part of a significant investment into our UK and international business and the wider community. We are constantly evaluating new industry sectors internationally and developing products with industry-specific functionality to complement Oracle’s core solutions. Our products division in Linlithgow is the hub of this activity.

“The new state of the art office will enable us to continue to grow our team to support this key aspect of our business. It will also strengthen the already close working partnership we have forged with Oracle. I’m especially pleased that the new premises gives us the scope to expand our Digital Skills Academy which has been critical in the development of our team, enabling us to provide a focused training programme to our developers. This facility also plays an important role in addressing the skills gap by working with local schools to encourage and inspire more young people to pursue careers in digital technology.”
