Pressure is mounting on President Biden to step aside prior to this year's US Election.
POTUS was speaking in Washington at the end of a three-day NATO summit, where he met with Sir Keir Starmer for the first time since last week's General Election.
The Prime Minister said President Biden was on "good form" following their near-hour-long meeting, but a series of blunder's at the President's latest press conference has left more people questioning his ability to stand again.
Mr Biden mistakenly referred to Volodymyr Zelenskyy as "President Putin", as he introduced the Ukrainian President.
He tried to rescue the situation, saying: "President Putin? I'm going to beat President Putin, President Zelenskyy. I am so focused on beating Putin."
It wasn't the only time POTUS critically misidentified someone overnight.
He also refereed to his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as "Vice President Trump".
He said: "Look I wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president if she was not qualified to be president. So start there."
The errors were made not long after some of his closest allies reportedly gave him zero chance of winning the election due to concerns about his mental fitness, despite doctors finding no symptoms of any neurological disease.
Stateside, NBC News has reported that the Biden campaign is "quietly assessing the viability of vice-president Kamala Harris's candidacy against Donald Trump in a new head-to-head poll".
