The much-loved Moray Cup - an iconic fizzy drink in the North-east - is set to make a limited edition comeback.

Famous for its bright red colour and fruity taste, the beverage was first made in Macduff in Aberdeenshire, and soon became a big hit right across our region.

However, its production eventually came to an end and manufacturers Sangs entered administration in 2012.

Cott Beverages came to the rescue and saved the brand, although its stock became sparse, and eventually Moray Cup production ceased in 2017, even leading to a Facebook page being launched in an effort to save the drink.

Now, Deveron Direct have announced they will be exclusively bringing back the drink and have urged fans to keep an eye out for further details.

They posted on their Facebook page: "MORAY CUP IS COMING BACK! We are delighted to announce that Moray Cup is making a return, exclusively at Deveron Direct.
