Integrity HSE is launching their second eLearning course, hot on the heels of the success it enjoyed with its Mental Health Awareness course back in 2024.
Its latest course offers the student a high-level of awareness on key human factors (HF) topics, many of which are a particular concentration of the Health and Safety Executive.
Integrity HSE’s operations director Darrell Lines said: “It is not a surprise that the Health and Safety Executive has recently issued a strong warning for organisations to pay more attention to HF when the concept can be linked to most workplace incidents, as well as major accidents from Chernobyl to Challenger to the Exxon Valdez and Macondo.”
The award-winning HSE and training consultancy called on the presenting services of Colin MacLaughlin, star of Channel 4’s ‘SAS Who Dares Wins’, whilst all of the course content was co-authored and checked by Why Human Factors, leaving the production of the 30-minute interactive and engaging learning experience to the experts at Chorus.
HF is deeply integrated into the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, which mandates employers to give employees the information, instruction, and training required to ensure their health and safety at work.
