Any manager who is responsible for recruiting and managing staff requires an understanding of the basics of HR best practice in order to get the best out of their team and make sure they are legally compliant.

This online event provides practical knowledge and tools to enable managers to tackle people issues themselves with confidence and be able to manage people within the framework of employment law.

HR is a mandatory function in all companies, no matter the size of the organisation. However, for many people fulfilling this function, it’s not their sole role – and is often undertaken without any training.

The event will be delivered via Zoom, in two sessions, over two consecutive days. The duration of each session will be three hours.

The dates are:

All attendees will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
