The Great Aberdeen running event is a new event for Aberdeen city. The event will include a half marathon, 10k and a family run on Sunday, August 27 2017.

Few tips for the day
- Have a good decent meal the night before (spaghetti Bolognese)
- Pack your bag and look out all running gear the night before
- Get a good night’s sleep
- Have a decent breakfast (cereal, toast, porridge, fruit)
- Drink water throughout the morning before the race
- Try to run as you trained, stick to what you know (water, pace etc)
- Enjoy the race
