Great Aberdeen Run August 27 2017 10km & Half Marathon

The Great Aberdeen running event is a new event for Aberdeen city. The event will include a half marathon, 10k and a family run on Sunday, August 27 2017.

Few tips for the day

  • Have a good decent meal the night before (spaghetti Bolognese)
  • Pack your bag and look out all running gear the night before
  • Get a good night’s sleep
  • Have a decent breakfast (cereal, toast, porridge, fruit)
  • Drink water throughout the morning before the race
  • Try to run as you trained, stick to what you know (water, pace etc)
  • Enjoy the race
