AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon Pirie as asset manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks.
Gordon brings extensive experience in property investment and development and will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day asset management and building positive tenant relationships at Aberdeen’s premier business parks, located in Bridge of Don.
A well-known figure in Aberdeen’s commercial property scene, Gordon has held prominent roles, including director at CBRE and founder of his own commercial property investment agency. His experience spans previous positions with Ryden, Drum Property Group and Clydesdale Bank, further underscoring his expertise in the industry.
In his new role, Gordon will work closely with the existing team and tenants to enhance operations, elevate service quality and create a thriving environment for businesses of all sizes. He will also collaborate with the parks’ management team and agents, Ryden and Knight Frank, to market the parks effectively and attract new tenants.
