Windows smashed during overnight break-in at Union Street clothing store
The windows of a Union Street store have been smashed during an overnight break-in.
Items of branded clothing were stolen from the Aberdeen branch of Attic after it closed on Wednesday evening.
One of the windows next to the main entrance has been smashed with broken glass covering the floor.

Housebuilder acquires unfinished Stewart Milne Aberdeen site
Housebuilder Milestone Developments has struck a deal to complete a partially finished Stewart Milne development in Aberdeen.
Stewart Milne Group went into administration in January, leaving several incomplete projects.
One of these sites was Charleston, near Cove. The collapse led workers and subcontractors to down tools with several homes incomplete.

M&S reopens upstairs at flagship Aberdeen store – but what’s changed?
The top floor of Aberdeen’s flagship Marks and Spencer has reopened months after storm damage – and just in time for “one last Christmas”.
The upper section of the city centre shop was closed in July. It came as storms battered the Granite City.
For the next several months, hoarding was erected around the escalators and the first and second floors were declared off limits while workers moved in.

Nicola Sturgeon to headline comedy festival show
Nicola Sturgeon is to headline a show at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival next year.
The former First Minister will be joined by crime author Val McDermid for a night entitled "Books & Banter" on 22 March at the city's King's Theatre.
The duo have previously held a number of "in conversation with" events across the country, discussing their shared passion for literature.
