The Personal Growth Collective, an organisation dedicated to leadership development and culture evolution, has joined the Men for Inclusion team as a consultant to bring the ADUCE programme to the energy sector.
Men for Inclusion is committed to creating lasting culture change by engaging the entire organisation rather than focusing solely on individuals.
Its work is centred on equipping businesses with the tools to foster truly inclusive environments where everyone, regardless of gender, feels valued, heard, and able to thrive. By actively involving men as allies in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, Men for Inclusion helps organisations shift from isolated initiatives to systemic change, ensuring that inclusion becomes a core part of workplace culture rather than an add-on.
To kick off this initiative, the Inclusion Champion Masterclass will take place in Aberdeen on March 26th. Co-hosted by Stacey Will, founder of The Personal Growth Collective, and Mark Freed, CEO of Men for Inclusion, this free workshop is designed for leaders, culture carriers, and anyone passionate about fostering inclusion in the workplace.
The session is highly interactive and will engage participants in practical discussions on how to drive meaningful change. A key focus will be on involving the traditionally passive majority - particularly men - alongside leaders to create a truly inclusive culture.
What to Expect:
- Building Awareness & Desire: Understanding key DEI challenges and inspiring a commitment to change.
- Developing Understanding & Capability: Practical tools and strategies to support inclusive behaviours in the workplace.
- Embedding Change: Real-world examples of how organisations successfully integrate DEI into their culture and strategy.
Participants will also get a practical introduction to the ADUCE framework, a step-by-step model that helps organisations turn DEI commitments into real, embedded cultural change. By focusing on awareness, capability-building, and long-term integration, ADUCE supports businesses in creating inclusive workplaces where employees feel a genuine sense of belonging and engagement. This approach not only strengthens workplace culture but also delivers tangible business benefits, from improved team collaboration to enhanced organisational performance.
Stacey Will said: “With my background in the energy industry, I know this is a priority for organisations. The challenge is that while supporting women is essential, focusing solely on this without addressing systemic issues won’t create lasting change.
"We need to reshape workplace structures and cultures, ensuring that inclusion efforts engage everyone in a supportive way - especially those who have traditionally been less involved in these discussions. My work helps women build confidence and find balance in their professional and personal lives, but true gender balance requires systemic change.
“That means challenging ingrained norms, rethinking organisational policies, and actively involving men in the conversation.”
The Personal Growth Collective remains committed to helping organisations drive leadership development and sustainable culture change.
