At a time when all employers are having to consider their inclusion and diversity criteria, NHS Grampian's Healthy Working Lives Team is offering local businesses and employes the opportunity to take part in an online "Access to Work" session to be held via Teams on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 1.30 - 3pm.
Delivered by the Department for Work & Pensions, the Disability Services Advocacy Team will explain what Access to Work is, the eligibility criteria, the customer journey and benefit it can bring to employers.
Delegates will also learn about the Mental Health Support Service, the Health Adjustment Passport and the Disability Confident Accreditation scheme. There will be time for questions at the end.
