Aberdeenshire-based Deveron Homes has announced that interest in its latest development has exceeded initial expectations.
The company recently unveiled the show home at its brand new, multimillion pound residential construction project at Lansdale Rise in Burntisland, Fife with an open weekend which attracted a steady stream of prospective buyers. In total, the development will include 37 stylish two, three and four-bedroom energy-efficient homes ranging in price from £110,000 to £305,950.
Phase one, which is already being snapped up, offers a selection of three bedroom cottages and bungalows, together with a selection of three and four bedroom detached villas.
