Fierce Beer is delighted to announce a new partnership with Hilton Aberdeen TECA. ‘Flight Path’, the specially branded pop-up bar, will open its doors 4pm-midnight for the first performance of Les Misérables Thursday, October 17.
Following opening night, Flight Path will continue to coincide opening with P&J Live event dates, but not only for ticket holders - the general public will also be able to benefit from the newly decorated venue when there is entertainment in town.
Fierce Beer’s gluten free and vegan core range will be available both in the fridges & on draught, as well as a selection of rotating seasonal beers and cocktails. Flight Path will also receive a not yet announced (yet already highly anticipated!) Christmas special for Les Mis opening - the same day as launch in Fierce Bar Aberdeen.
Dave Grant, Fierce Beer Founder and MD said: “Our partnership with Hilton, situated in the state-of-the-art event complex celebrating the arts and culture of our city, seemed like the perfect fit - as we too view ourselves as modern and forward thinking in what we do here at the brewery. We wish the new bar every success, and to the Les Mis cast… break a leg!”
With regard to a culinary menu, Flight Path will be offering a selection of street food between the hours of 4pm-7pm Thursday-Saturday. Bao buns, poke bowls and loaded waffle fries will be available, each with a choice of three toppings / fillings.
Kevin Tinto, Hilton Hotel Operations Manager said: “Partnering with Fierce Beer is a fantastic opportunity for Hilton Aberdeen TECA to grow its customer base and offer a very different drinking and dining experience within the hotel. The support provided by Fierce in the run up to launching has been exceptional and, as a hotel, we are excited to see where this new partnership will lead”
Now in its 40th year, Les Misérables The Arena Spectacular will run from Thursday, October 17 to Sunday 20.
Alfie Boe and Killian Donnelly will share the role of Jean Valjean, and Michael Ball & Bradley Jaden will share the role of Javert, leading a cast and orchestra of over 65.
