A failed multi-million pound Aberdeenshire visitor centre is back on the market one year after it was sold to a mystery buyer.
Archaeolink Prehistory Park at Oyne near Insch received over £2million in funding from Aberdeenshire Council cost £4million to build.
However, the Press & Journal reports that the property is now on sale for just £150,000, less than 4% of what it cost to build.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors are in charge of the listing and are hoping potential owners can "breathe new life" into the abandoned project.
Archaeolink Prehistory Park was first put up for sale in 2015 by Aberdeenshire Council but it was eight years before it was sold to a mystery buyer after years of flogging.
