As part of this year’s festive fun for the affa fine folk of the Silver City, Aberdeen Arts Centre is offering companies exclusive performances of its pantomime.
In a Christmas celebration like no other, local businesses can host up to 350 guests for Talegate Theatre Production’s Dick Whittington at the iconic city centre venue.
Amy Liptrott, director of Aberdeen Arts Centre, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer this exclusive and unique opportunity to the businesses of the North-east to host a festive celebration to remember; bringing their people, customers, and stakeholders together to enjoy a light-hearted performance of a traditional panto.”
Exclusive hire of the auditorium for the performance is priced at £5000 – just £14 per guest. Aberdeen Arts Centre can arrange pre-show festive entertainment and hospitality to add to the sense of occasion.
The Centre, which has been home to hundreds of local performers for more than 60 years, has also launched a sponsorship package for this year’s show which typically attracts around 7000 people annually. Packages start at £150, through to headline sponsorship and include profiling in the programme, website, and social media.
Aberdeen Arts Centre is run as a charity by Castlegate Arts, committed to offering a space to develop and nurture the local creative community. Five of the six actors in this year’s panto are from the North-east and local dance company Danz Creations will be involved.
