Telecoms specialist Exchange Communications has been named a Comms Business Awards finalist and is now hoping to secure the prize at next month’s glittering ceremony.
The Scottish firm – which has offices in Glasgow, Aberdeen and London – has been named among just five companies from across the UK shortlisted in the Reseller of the Year (mid-market) category.
The winners will be announced on 21 June at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, with the event hosted by actor and comedian David Mitchell.
The Reseller award is presented to those selling solutions directly to end users and have been able to demonstrate outstanding company performance throughout 2017.
Since 2004, the Comms Business Awards have celebrated the most progressive and innovative companies within the Channel ecosystem – and Exchange is proud to be among those elite names.
A worldwide provider of telecoms solutions, ranging from single office telephone systems to networked communications, Exchange celebrated a year of success in 2017.
Tom Sime, managing director of Exchange Communications, said: “It is an honour to be named among the finalists for the Reseller of the Year (mid-market) award.
“We’ve had another fantastic 12 months, including the winning of further European work from toymaker Hasbro, and this shortlisting is further recognition of our expanding presence. We now operate in more than 100 nations worldwide and the percentage of our business drawn from overseas work keeps on growing.
“Our Comms Business Awards shortlisting is also testament to our fantastic team at Exchange Communications who continually deliver exceptional service.”
Exchange Communications was established in 1990, and has grown over 28 years to become one of the most successful and largest independent telecommunications companies in the UK.
