Scottish commercial property consultancy, FG Burnett is delighted to announce the letting of a number of vacant units in Elgin’s town centre.
55 High Street has been let to a café/restaurant operator on the basis of a 5 year lease and 61/63 & 65 High Street have been let to Quarriers, one of Scotland’s largest social care charities, for an initial period of one year.
In recent years Elgin’s town centre has experienced challenges with a number of vacant retail units being marketed for lengthy periods of time. This back drop is synonymous with many High Streets across the country as retailers have focused on out of town retail schemes as well as covered shopping centres.
FG Burnett surveyor David Henderson said “We are delighted that effectively four Elgin High Street units which have been vacant for a period of time will now be occupied and wish both tenants every success.”
FG Burnett act for Landlord clients and for retailers the length and breadth of Scotland on high streets, shopping centres, neighbourhood schemes and out of town retail and leisure schemes.
